Q:How much is the delivery fee for each piece of luggage?
A:The delivery fee is ¥2,500~ per piece of luggage. The fee includes consumption tax, storage fee, and transportation insurance up to 300,000 yen. Please note that the delivery fee from one hotel (or vacation rental) to another may vary depending on the distance and delivery method, so we will provide you with a quote in advance.
Q:Are there any size or weight restrictions?
A:The size must be within a total of 160cm for all three sides, and the weight must be within 25kg. If the size or weight exceeds the limit, additional charges may apply, so please be sure to contact us in advance.
Q:What time will the luggage deposited at the airport or station arrive at the accommodation hotel (guesthouse)?
A:If you drop off your luggage by 12:00, it will be delivered to your accommodation by 19:00 on the same day. However, if you drop it off after 12:00, it will be delivered the next day. Also, for deliveries to other prefectures, even if you drop off your luggage by 12:00, it will be delivered the next day. If you drop it off after 12:00, it will be delivered the day after tomorrow.
Q:Is it possible to deliver to hotels or lodgings that are not registered with 'Teburakun'?
A:Delivery is not available to hotels or lodgings not registered with 'Teburakun'. If the hotel or lodging you will be staying at is not displayed on the application form, please contact the hotel or lodging where you will be staying and ask if they can register with 'Teburakun'.

Q:Since the hotel name (lodging) where you want to send your luggage is not displayed on the application form, you cannot select a 'delivery destination'.
A:There is a possibility that the hotel (lodging) where you will be staying is not registered with 'Teburakun'.
Please confirm with the hotel (lodging) where you will be staying, and if it is not registered with 'Teburakun', please consult with them about registering.

Q:The airport (station) where you want to leave your luggage is not displayed on the application form, so you cannot select a 'storage location'.
A:The luggage storage counter at the airport (station) where you want to leave your luggage may not yet have a delivery system in place. We are currently expanding our service area nationwide, but at airports (stations) that are not displayed in the "Service Plan" on the application form, you cannot currently use the service.

Q:Is delivery possible to unmanned hotels (guest houses)?
A:Yes. If the accommodation facility registered with 'Teburakun' allows it, you can have your luggage delivered and placed inside your room even in unmanned facilities. However, depending on the 'service plan' selected in the application form, it may not be possible to deliver to unmanned accommodation facilities. In addition, delivery to unmanned accommodation facilities is limited to facilities with electronic key access at the entrance. In this case, you will need to provide the delivery driver of the transportation company with the PIN code for the electronic key to your room and obtain their consent for the driver to deliver and place the luggage inside.
Q:What is the 'compensation' and 'support system' in case the deposited luggage does not arrive?
A:The shipping fee includes 'up to 300,000 yen of shipping insurance', so you can rest assured even if the deposited luggage is damaged or lost.
